To book the studio, visit our booking website. All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling is at our discretion and must be within 60 days of the original booking. In the event of studio closure due to extreme weather, we will issue a credit valid for 60 days.
Your booking grants you access to our 300 sqft studio equipped with high ceilings and six large windows for ample natural light, along with props, ring lights, tripods, and more. The studio comfortably accommodates up to 8 occupants. Please ensure your booking adheres to this occupancy limit to provide a comfortable and safe environment for everyone.
While we encourage a broad range of creative projects, we ask that all content created in the studio adheres to our community guidelines, which prohibit explicit material and illegal activities. If you have specific questions about your project’s compatibility with our guidelines, please contact us.
We aim to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. Therefore, alcohol, confetti/glitter, smoke bombs, vaping, and open flames are prohibited within the studio. Your booking covers the studio space exclusively; content creation is not permitted in private offices, common areas, or hallways.
Your booking includes time for setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly to avoid overlapping with other reservations. The studio access code is provided for your entry but remains confidential. If you need additional time or assistance with equipment setup, let us know beforehand to ensure availability. A cleaning fee of $100 applies if the studio is not left in satisfactory condition.
Yes, you may extend your booking on the day of your reservation, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible to request additional time. We’ll accommodate your request if there are no subsequent bookings that day. Additional charges will apply based on our hourly rate.
Our add-on options include photography support, where our in-house photographers can stand-in as your back-up or primary photographer. The additional lighting equipment add-on provides access to a range of professional-grade lights beyond the standard ring lights and tripods as well as a variety of backdrops.
Our checkout and cleaning guidelines are detailed in your confirmation email and posted in-studio. These include tasks like returning props to their original locations, disposing of trash, and ensuring the equipment is turned off and stored properly. Following these steps helps us maintain a clean and ready-to-use space for everyone. If the studio is not left in satisfactory condition, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
